Steven V. DiTommaso

Steven V. DiTommaso is currently the VP & CFO at Universal Stainless & Alloy Products. Before that, they were the Director of Accounting at 4moms from April 2016 to July 2018. At 4moms, Steven led the accounting, reporting, tax and treasury functions. Steven also owned external legal counsel relationships, including IP activities and litigation activities, and led commercial contract reviews. During their time at 4moms, Steven led critical projects when working directly with the CEO, including termination of a significant supplier relationship and negotiating with a bankrupt customer. Steven also implemented monthly cross-functional financial reviews, a rolling 13-week cash flow model, and other process improvements. As a result of these efforts, Steven realized significant cost savings in software license fees, legal and intellectual property spending, ERP support fees, and other areas.

Prior to their work at 4moms, Steven served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Chatham Village Homes from April 2012 to April 2015. Before that, they were an Assurance Manager at PwC from September 2008 to April 2016.

Steven V. DiTommaso received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, College of Business Administration.

They are on a team with Graham Mcintosh - EVP & CTO, John J. Arminas - VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, and Wendel L. Crosby - VP of Manufacturing. Steven V. DiTommaso reports to Dennis M. Oates, Chairman, President & CEO.
