James Miller

James Miller began their work experience as a System Administrator Intern at St. Anne's School of Annapolis in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at The University of Alabama. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at ICF, starting as a Cybersecurity Analyst before being promoted to Associate and eventually becoming Supervisor, Business Intelligence. In 2020, they joined Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) as a Lead Sustainment Coordinator. In May 2021, they transitioned to the role of Lead Project Manager at UTRS.

James Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from The University of Alabama, where they studied between 2012 and 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2017 to 2019, obtaining a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management and Policy. In addition to their degrees, James Miller also acquired certifications in ITIL v3 Foundation from EXIN in July 2015 and CompTIA Security+ ce from CompTIA in February 2017.
