Julia Bahu has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Julia began their career in 2002 at Campitelli Cookies, where they worked as a Key Holder and Associate for eight years. In 2009, they briefly served as a General Manager in Human Resources specializing in recruiting at Party City.
In 2011, Julia joined Apple as a Manager where they focused on people leadership, recruiting, training, and learning development. Julia held this role for five years, leaving in 2016.
Julia then became a Co-Founder and Owner of Hundenfolk in 2016, where they played a key role in establishing the company.

In 2007 and 2008, they also studied Fashion Design at Orange Coast College. In terms of certifications, Julia obtained multiple certifications on various topics such as leading a customer-centric culture, leading with vision, the neuroscience of learning, writing customer service emails, administrative human resources, business writing principles, customer development for product managers, customer service foundations, developing managers in organizations, employee experience, foundations of learning management systems (LMS), gaining internal buy-in for eLearning training, how to design and deliver training programs, organizational culture, organizational learning and development, building business relationships, getting things done, and interpersonal communication. These certifications were obtained primarily in the months of July, August, and September 2018 from Lynda.com.
