Norma Frida Roffe

Norma Frida Roffe is an experienced academic and consultant in the field of information technology, currently serving in multiple roles at Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro as a professor, researcher, and in special projects since January 2014, alongside working on special innovation projects. Since March 2015, Roffe has held consulting and operational director positions at TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY, where previous roles spanned from 1986 to 2011 as a professor. Additionally, Roffe served as a visiting professor at Ecole supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Génie électrique from July 2007 to January 2009 in its Information Technology graduate program. Roffe holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Technology and an engineering degree in electronics, both from TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY.
