Mariano Carmona

Mariano Carmona is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and culinary education sectors. Currently serving as Vicepresidente at Asociación Empresaria Hotelera y Gastronomica de San Juan since December 2023, Mariano also holds the position of Secretario Académico at Universidad Católica de Cuyo, where responsibilities include teaching Cook II in the Gastronomy Career.
