Ms. Tolosa has a Master's degree in Education from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and has administrative experience in educational and non-profit institutions. Throughout her professional career, she has stood out as Director of Programs and Services at the Center for Puerto Rico, Sila M. Calderón Foundation. There she had the opportunity to work with business training programs for different populations.
He led the Youth Summer Program for Entrepreneurs aimed at young people entering 10th, 11th and 12th grade of high school. Its objective was to foster leadership skills, teamwork, project development and writing a life plan. It developed the Volunteer, Internship and Internship Program in which young university students participate to gain experience in their fields of study and participated in several community impact initiatives.
Among other experiences, she served as legal advisor to the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and directed the Legal Division of the State Insurance Fund Corporation. She was executive director of the College of Special Education and Comprehensive Rehabilitation, Inc. and stood out as executive director of the Division of Continuing Education and Professional Studies of the University of Puerto Rico at Río Piedras.
