Carlos Arturo Cespedes Zambrano is an accomplished educator and engineer with extensive experience in the fields of chemical engineering and food science. Currently serving as a full-time professor at Universidad ECCI since January 2023, Carlos specializes in material and energy balance, fluid mechanics, hydraulics, environmental chemistry, and industrial processes. Previously, Carlos held the position of Profesional 1 and was responsible for the Engineering Processes Research Center at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano from July 2017 to February 2023, managing pilot plants and research projects. Carlos's early career includes significant roles in quality analysis and production engineering across various organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality standards and empirical research. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, along with a technical degree in Industrial Chemistry from SENA.
