Evelin Cabrera Ubiera

Evelin Cabrera Ubiera is a legal professional and educator with extensive experience in academia and the judiciary in the Dominican Republic. Currently serving as a faculty member at Universidad Central del Este and Universidad Federico Henríquez y Carvajal, Evelin specializes in criminal law, procedural law, constitutional law, and gender issues.
