Christian Alvarado is an experienced project and program manager with a strong background in overseeing integration processes for newly acquired companies at TELUS International Central America since December 2015. With a focus on IT, risk management, compliance, finances, legal, and sales operations, Christian has successfully aligned operations with client needs through effective resource management and reporting. Additional roles include IT project management, applications development, and business analysis, where Christian achieved notable success in establishing global workflows for escalation management. As a digital entrepreneur at ByDzyne Inc since March 2023, Christian leverages artificial intelligence to help others generate income streams. Additionally, Christian serves as an adjunct professor in the area of economics for the Master's program in IT at Universidad Galileo, where academic qualifications include a Master of Technology and postgraduate studies in Telecommunications Engineering.
