Yanina Gonzalez

Yanina Gonzalez is an experienced professional in human resources and education, currently serving as Coordinadora administrativa y RRHH at Prodisa Trading S.A. since June 2021 and as a part-time university professor at both UMECIT and Universidad Latina de Panamá since early 2023. Previously, Yanina held the position of Jefe de Recursos Humanos at Productos Diversos S.A. from August 2012 to May 2021, where responsibilities included recruitment, personnel development, annual training planning, performance evaluations, and labor relations. Additionally, experience includes working as a Facilitador de Capacitación at Distribuidora Xtra S.A. from December 2011 to August 2012. Yanina's educational background includes an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources, postgraduate degrees in High Management and Higher Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, all obtained from recognized institutions in Panama.
