Luis Salas is an experienced legal professional and educator currently serving as a Profesor Universitario at Universidad Nacional de La Pampa since May 2005, taking charge of the chair since 2016. In addition to academic roles, Luis holds leadership positions as Vicepresidente para Sudamerica of both the Unión Iberoamericana de Jueces (UIJ) and the Red Latinoamericana de Jueces (Redlaj), an organization dedicated to judicial training and the defense of magistrate independence in Latin America.
