Felipe Baena Garcia

Felipe Baena Garcia has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as the Head of IT Support at Universidade Federal do ABC since May 2010, overseeing two teams of 20 technicians and spearheading integration and process improvements within the IT sector. Prior roles include managing a team of nine technicians in the Support Section of Santo André and working as an IT Technician, where responsibilities included equipment maintenance and customer support. Felipe has also contributed to research as a Research Associate Intern at X-Chem, Inc., and has volunteered as a Biology Teacher. Additional experience includes public policy management in a health center and quality monitoring in a call center. Felipe holds a PhD in Biosystems, a Master of Science in Biotechnology, and two Bachelor's degrees in Science and Technology and Biology from Universidade Federal do ABC.
