Renato Dias is currently the IT Manager at CERCENA S.A. INDÚSTRIA METALÚRGICA since October 2023, focusing on formalizing the IT sector and integrating technologies for business results. Additionally, Renato serves as a professor at the Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões - URI, teaching courses in Systems Analysis and Development, Project Management, and Computer Science.
