Emanuele Boscolo

Emanuele Boscolo is a distinguished Professor of Administrative Law at the Università degli Studi dell'Insubria since January 2003, where responsibilities include leading the course on Administrative Law for the master's degree in jurisprudence. With extensive experience as an attorney specializing in administrative law since 1994, Emanuele Boscolo operates the Studio legale Boscolo, providing legal defense and consultancy for public entities and private parties, along with drafting administrative plans, statutes, and regulations. Emanuele Boscolo has authored over 150 publications in the fields of administrative, urban, and environmental law, including the monograph "I diritti soggettivi a regime amministrativo." Emanuele Boscolo's academic journey includes a doctoral degree in administrative law from the University of Milan and prior teaching positions at Università Cattolica.
