Olivier Carles

Olivier CARLES is an accomplished project manager and educator with extensive experience in digital systems and information management. Currently serving as Chef de projets at Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Enseignant universitaire at Université de Limoges, Olivier specializes in project management and needs assessment in information technology. Prior roles at Mairie de Limoges included Head of the digital and modernization department, with responsibilities for executing the Information Systems Master Plan and managing project portfolios. Olivier has also contributed to academia as a C++ teacher and has held various teaching positions across multiple universities.
