Arbenita Hasani currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance Quality Control at Gerti Foods and as an Associate Professor at the University of Prishtina since October 2022. With a strong academic background, Arbenita Hasani transitioned from an Assistant Professor role at the same university to a Visiting Assistant Professor and Postdoctoral Researcher at Cornell University between October 2021 and June 2022. Previous roles include Teaching Assistant at the University of Prishtina, Privatisation Officer at the Privatisation Agency of Kosovo, Food Processing Manager for the Norwegian Association for International Development, and Local Food Safety Expert for the EAR/FSCK Project. Arbenita Hasani holds a Doctor of Science in Food Sciences and Biotechnology from the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences, AUT, and a Master's degree in Food Engineering from the University of Tirana, along with an undergraduate degree in Food Technology from AUT.
