Almarin Frakulli

Almarin Frakulli is an experienced academic and professional in the fields of political economy and financial services. Currently serving as an Invited Lecturer at the University of Tirana since September 2020 and as Academic Staff and Dean of Students at Universiteti Metropolitan Tirana since September 2019, Almarin draws on a rich background in education and administration. Previously, Almarin was a Lecturer at Albanian University from September 2010 to August 2019 and worked in the Treasury Department at ČEZ from March 2009 to July 2016. Almarin holds a PhD in Political Economy from the University of Ruse, a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Ruse.
