Evan Ware

Evan Ware, DVM, is an accomplished veterinarian and business owner with extensive experience in the veterinary field. Since June 2015, Evan has owned and operated PHOENIX VETERINARY CENTER, contributing to the local community's animal care needs. Prior to this, Evan served as the business owner of Laveen Veterinary Center from August 2014 until January 2024. Education includes obtaining a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University.
