Nicole Bostic

Nicole Bostic is an experienced property manager with a strong background in real estate operations and administrative support. Currently serving as Property Manager and previously as Assistant Property Manager at the University City Science Center since May 2019, Nicole has also held assistant property management roles at MRP Realty and Tishman Speyer from 2012 to 2019. Prior positions include office management and coordination roles at Tishman Speyer and accounts payable and payroll coordination at Colory Metal & Glass. Nicole began their career as an administrative assistant at Regency Centers. Nicole Bostic holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
