Gianmaria Liccardi

Gianmaria Liccardi is currently working as a Principal Investigator and Junior Group Leader at Uniklinik Köln, focusing on inflammation and tissue homeostasis in pathophysiological diseases. Prior to this, Liccardi worked as a Senior Postdoctoral Fellow at Cell Death and Disease. Liccardi holds a PhD in Molecular Oncology from UCL and has a strong background in molecular research and cellular physiology. Liccardi has also conducted collaborative research at various prestigious institutions such as the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Throughout Liccardi's career, there has been a consistent focus on investigating biological mechanisms in cancer, cell death, and inflammation.
