Madeline Nirschl, aPHR, currently serves as a Web Communications Specialist at UCAR - The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, where responsibilities include creating and maintaining web content and providing guidance on editorial planning and search engine optimization. Prior experience includes roles as an Internal Communications Specialist supporting intranet editors, and as an Internal Communications Partner at Elevations Credit Union, where strategic communications plans were developed across various channels. Madeline has also held positions such as Executive Coordinator and Junior Associate, managing communications, case files, and client interactions.
