Aimee Arita

Aimee Arita is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Since January 2016, Aimee has served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at University Health Partners of Hawai'i (UCERA). Prior to this, Aimee worked at Helping Hands Hawaii as a Human Resources Generalist from July 2012 to January 2016, and held the position of HR Coordinator at Bishop and Co. from December 2011 to June 2012. Aimee's early career includes experience as a Personnel Management Specialist and Unemployment Insurance Assistant at the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations from October 2009 to December 2011, as well as an internship at Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union in 2011. Additionally, Aimee has a background in music, having performed as a musician with the Royal Hawaiian Band from June 2005 to September 2016. Aimee earned a Master of Human Resources Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Music from the University of Puget Sound.
