Andrea Dapper

Andrea Dapper is a Health Technician at University Health Partners of Hawai'i (UCERA), providing on-site management of health services and disease surveillance at Voyager Public Charter School since July 2022. Dapper has a strong background in healthcare, having previously worked as a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist at Ponderosa Family Physicians and as a Certified Medical Assistant at Denver Health, among other roles. Responsibilities have included managing COVID-19 response efforts, performing diagnostic tests, collecting blood samples, and assisting in medical procedures. Education includes studies at IBMC College and St. Joseph's University New York, culminating in a diploma from Hackettstown High School.
