Dr. Robert Allen

Dr. Robert Allen, DBA, MSM, BA, AAS, serves as an Online Instructional Designer and Faculty Development Specialist at various traditional and online colleges and universities since January 2007. In addition to this role, Dr. Allen is an Adjunct Faculty member in the College Now Program at University Heights High School, teaching courses such as Intro to Marketing and Economics. As the Owner/Consultant of Advertising Made EZ and Online Instructional Design Consulting & Solutions, Dr. Allen consults on marketing campaigns and educational transitions to online learning. Experience at Baruch College includes roles as a Corporate Trainer and Adjunct Faculty, delivering a wide array of courses in business and professional studies. Dr. Allen has also taught at colleges including CSI and Montclair State University and has contributed to curriculum development and student advising at Plaza College. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Walden University, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational and Business Management from Oakwood University.
