Sofía Souto

Sofía Souto is currently serving as a University Innovation Fellow at Universidad Católica del Uruguay since August 2023, participating in a program aimed at empowering students to become change leaders in higher education. Prior to this role, Sofía held various positions at LaunchPad Lab, including Project Manager and Software Developer, from February 2022 to June 2024, and worked as a Software Engineer at Nimacloud from July 2020 to February 2022. Additional experience includes a role as a Software Developer at Oktana Corporation and as a Young Entrepreneur with DESEM Jóvenes Emprendedores in 2016. Sofía holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay, a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Universidad Católica del Uruguay, and has pursued digital marketing training at Senpai Academy.
