Darryl Beasley is the Director of Compliance at the University Interscholastic League (UIL), a position held since June 2004, where responsibilities include ensuring adherence to UIL rules and state laws, investigating rule violations, and managing appeals related to student eligibility and coach ejections. Previously, Darryl served as an Assistant Athletic Director, overseeing UIL sports administration, state tournament events, and providing guidance on eligibility rules. Prior to UIL, Darryl held roles at Motorola Semiconductor Product Sector as a Sector Data Warehouse Business Analyst, where significant cost savings were achieved through effective project management, and as a Semiconductor Manufacturing Supervisor, focusing on training and productivity improvements. Earlier experience includes serving as Men's Assistant Basketball Coach at South Plains College. Darryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Wayland Baptist University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information System and Teaching Certification from St. Edward's University, and further education from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
