Amy Reigner is Chief Human Resources Officer at Penn Medicine Princeton Health. As a member of the Princeton Health Senior Management team, Ms. Reigner is responsible for the oversight and implementation of Human Resource programs including Performance Management, Staff Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Employee Relations, Health and Wellness, Compensation and Inclusion and Diversity. Ms. Reigner also provides administrative leadership to the Volunteer Services Department, Religious Ministries and Occupational Health.
Her immediate past roles were Associate Chief Human Resources Officer for Penn Medicine’s corporate enterprise, focusing on workforce planning, leadership coaching and development, retention and engagement strategies, alignment of corporate functions across entities, managing employee relations, and workplace culture.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University, as well as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification issued by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification issued by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
