Justin Ec Tetrault

Justin EC Tetrault is an accomplished academic serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Alberta - Augustana Campus since September 2021, where instruction includes courses on Qualitative Methods, Indigenous Studies, and Sociology of Prisons, among others. In addition to teaching, Tetrault has played a significant role as Project Manager and Senior Researcher for the University of Alberta Prison Project since May 2016, while also serving as an instructor in various criminology courses at the University of Alberta. Previously, Tetrault was an SSHRC Doctoral Fellow and Assistant Professor at King's University College. Tetrault holds a PhD in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Alberta, a Master's degree from Carleton University, and an Honours Bachelor's degree from The University of Winnipeg.
