Irene Ramos Soler

Irene Ramos Soler has extensive experience in academia and research, currently serving as the Director of the Research Group on Aging and Communication at the Universidad de Alicante since March 2020. In addition, Irene has held the position of Director for the Expert in Social Media, Strategy, and Digital Communication program and has been a Professor of Advertising at the University of Alicante since January 2000. With a strong focus on digital communication strategies, Irene also coordinates the Elderly and Media Observatory at the Universidad Permanente of the University of Alicante. Irene obtained a Doctorate in Sociology from Universitat d'Alacant between 2003 and 2005.
