Volker Grünauer

Volker Grünauer is the Founder and CEO of Advatera, a company focused on knowledge sharing, since August 2013. In addition to this role, Volker has served as a Lektor at the University of Applied Sciences in Steyr since January 2012, specializing in digital marketing and digital business models, and has held a similar position at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences since 2015, focusing on Digital Business Management and Content Management. Prior to these positions, Volker founded the New Media Forum Austria in January 2008, a network for digital managers, and worked at Wienerberger AG as Head of Digital Marketing from February 2006 to December 2010, overseeing digital marketing strategies across multiple countries. Volker's early career included roles as Art Director at elements.at New Media Solutions GmbH and Project Manager at ncm.at - net communication management GmbH. Volker holds a degree in e-Business from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.
