Caryn Wilson-Guerrero

Caryn Wilson-Guerrero has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Caryn is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the University of Belize since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Belize Telemedia Limited, where they held various positions including Sr. HR Manager, Talent Management (2020-2022), HR Manager, Performance Management (2019-2020), Performance Management Specialist (2017-2019), and Business Development Executive (2010-2017). Caryn started their career at Atlantic Bank Limited as a Marketing Officer from 2006 to 2010.

Caryn Wilson-Guerrero has a Master of Business Administration with Merit, specializing in Management Consultancy, from Anglia Ruskin University. Caryn also holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, from the same university. Caryn has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a major in Accounting, from St. John's College Junior College.
