Sandeep Jadhav

Sandeep (Sunny) Jadhav currently serves as the Chief Engineer of Digital Transformation (Land) at Defence Australia since April 2024 and holds the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Canberra since 2021. Previously, Jadhav was the Chief Technology Officer at Horsell from August 2023 to April 2024 and held multiple roles at Defence Australia from 2003 to 2023, including Chief Engineer for Land Systems Division and Senior Executive. Jadhav's early career included positions as a Project Engineer at Siemens and a Technical Sales Specialist at RS Components. Educational qualifications include multiple master's degrees from UNSW Canberra in Information Systems, System Engineering, and Management Studies, along with a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University and additional executive education and postgraduate programs in digital transformation and data science.
