Corey Anderson

Corey Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in counseling, technology management, and project coordination in educational settings. Currently serving as a System Administrator at ESC Region 11, Corey works on implementing the Texas K-12 Cybersecurity Initiative. Previous roles include counseling positions at Palmer ISD, Ridgeline High School, Central Valley High School, Cheney High School, and Moses Lake High School, where responsibilities encompassed risk assessments, data management, and community outreach. Corey has demonstrated leadership in technology initiatives, successfully enhancing parent and student engagement through innovative communication strategies. Additionally, Corey has taught various counseling courses as an Adjunct Professor at Whitworth University. Corey's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, a Master of Education in School Counseling from Seattle Pacific University, and a Bachelor's of Arts in History Teacher Education from Whitworth University.
