Neil Prather

Neil Prather is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in building operations and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Building Operations at the University of Colorado since February 2016, Neil oversees operations at Porter and MCDB/GOLD. With a background as a Master Electrician and ownership of Neil Prather Photography, specializing in sports photography, Neil's work has been featured in various publications, including Sports Illustrated. Prior roles include Assistant Project Manager at McDade-Woodcock, Inc., and Project Manager at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Neil managed diverse construction projects for over 20 years, demonstrating a strong command of both technical and managerial skills in the construction industry. Neil studied at Abilene Christian University from 1983 to 1985.
