Andy Horner has extensive experience in financial support services, budgeting, treasury, tax, investments, equity compliance, human resources, audit risk and compliance. In various roles at University of Dayton, Boston University, Huron Consulting Group, and Arthur Andersen, Andy has shown expertise in research administration, procurement, grants management, and consulting. With an M.B.A. from Questrom School of Business and a B.A. from University of Notre Dame, Andy has a strong foundation in finance and psychology.
