Dustin Boyed has a wealth of experience in customer service and technical support roles. With a background in handling customer service, environmental projects, and technical support in various corporations, Dustin has shown a strong ability to provide solutions and improve efficiency in their roles. Currently, Dustin works as a Senior Systems Specialist and Academic Technology Budgeting at the University of Dayton, focusing on developing and implementing new tools and policies to enhance technical support in the College of Arts and Sciences. Prior to this, Dustin worked at Best Buy Corporation as a Geek Squad CIA, MetoKote Corporation as an Environmental Intern, and served as a Commissioner at the Boy Scouts of America.
