Susanne Laliberte

Susanne Laliberte, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the College of Engineering at the University of Delaware since July 2022, previously holding the role of Employee Relations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Employee Relations at the State of Delaware's Department of Human Resources, overseeing employee relations and DEI for 4,800 employees. Susanne has also worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant, providing a range of HR services to various clients, and as HR Director at ZACROS America, Inc., where HR systems were implemented post-bankruptcy. Other roles encompass positions as a Human Resources Program Manager with HR Consulting, HR Manager at Rexam PLC, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lear Corporation, and Human Resources Consultant at Legacy HR, LLC. Earlier in the career, Susanne managed HR and labor relations for ICI Americas, Inc.'s global business operations. Susanne holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati and a BBA in Finance from Western Michigan University.
