David Rose

David Rose is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Partner at the University of Exeter since October 2021, David has previously held positions such as Interim Human Resources Business Partner at Exeter City Council and HR Business Partner at Devon County Council. David's career in HR began at Defra as an HR Administrator before progressing to HR Manager roles at Four Pillars Hotels and the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust. David holds an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Plymouth and a BA(hons) in Business Studies from The University of Bolton.
