Domenico Imparato is a legal academic currently serving as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Global Fellow at both the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Hamburg since September 2023. Previously, Domenico held the position of DAAD Postdoctoral Research PRIME Fellow at the University of Oxford and the Institute of Law and Economics - University of Hamburg from September 2022 to August 2023. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Chicago Law School, a Ph.D. in European Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and visiting scholar programs at several prestigious institutions including Northwestern University and Queen Mary University of London.
