Anita McGarry

Anita McGarry has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as the Financial Operations Manager at the University of Hull since January 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing student finance and managing commercial debtors and creditors. Previous roles at the University include Student Financial Services Manager and Accounts Payable Manager, focusing on providing support to students and managing finance teams. Before joining the University of Hull, Anita worked at Humberside Police in various roles, including Business Admin Officer and Management Accountant, where responsibilities included team management and financial administration. Anita began their career at Hull College Group as a Financial Accounts Team Leader. Anita holds an AAT Technician MAAT degree in Accounting and Finance from Hull College.
