She has worked at UITM since 1999, at first as an assistant lecturer, next as an assistant professor and then as a professor.
Habilitated doctor in the field of Law Studies (Polish Academy of Sciences, The Institute of Law Studies, 2014) doctor of Law Studies (University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration, 2004) Master’s degree in Law (the University of Lodz, Faculty of Law and Administration, 1999).
Currently, her main academic interests focus on numerous aspects of public administration. She deepens her knowledge about the so-called corporate social responsibility and administrative silence.
She is an author of various publications from the field of competition authorities and sectoral regulations (she is also the co- author of Comments on National Legislation concerning Consumer Protection Act, the Act on demanding compensation for damage which had been caused by violating of Competition Law, Post Office Law, Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union)
She permanently cooperates with the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies under the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. She is also a member of the editorial board of the “Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies” and “Internetowy Kwartalnik Antymonopolowo-Regulacyjny” as well as a national correspondent of the “European Competition Law Review”.
She is passionate about reading the biographies of extraordinary figures from different historical periods. One of her biggest passions is travelling. Quick trips and long journeys are the perfect opportunity to broaden her knowledge on various topics, meet other people and to delve into her own soul.
