Jessica Frahm

Jessica Frahm is a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine since September 2015, with extensive experience in human resources management, faculty recruitment, and policy interpretation. Responsibilities include coordinating HR processes, developing training materials, advising departmental HR staff, overseeing compliance with performance reviews, and improving organizational HR policies.
