Suzanne Lake

Suzanne Lake is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Chaucer College since June 2024. Prior to this role, Suzanne held various positions at the University of Kent from June 2012, including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner, and previously worked as an HR Adviser in a contractual capacity. Additionally, Suzanne briefly served as HR Manager (Arts & Humanities) at Kent Pharma UK Ltd in early 2024 and acted as an Interim HR Business Partner. Earlier in the career, Suzanne gained significant experience as an HR Projects Consultant and Senior HR Adviser at Lloyd's Register from March 2001 to April 2011. Suzanne holds a degree in Personnel and Development from The Open University and has a foundational education from King Harold Comprehensive in Waltham Abbey, Essex.
