Aivars Peisenieks

Aivars Peisenieks has a diverse work history beginning as a Teacher of Physics at Lielvarde Secondary School in 1988. Aivars then moved into various managerial roles, including Managing Director at Krauklitis and later Krauklitis un partneri. Their experience also includes roles as Deputy Director at Inter-Riga, and Board Member at Vikan marketing and Solar KEJ. Most recently, they served as Headmaster at Edgars Kaulins Lielvarde Secondary School before taking on the role of Head of the Security of Information technologies at the University of Latvia in 2022.

Aivars Peisenieks holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Cybersecurity Management from Banku Augstskola, obtained in 2023. Prior to this, they completed an MBA at Riga Business School in 2003 and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Administration from Latvijas Universitate in 2001. Additionally, Aivars holds a degree in Physics Education from Latvijas Universitate, completed in 1989.
