Vanessa Styles is an experienced Information Technology Process Manager at the University of Leeds, where since July 2011, responsibilities have included implementing a University Service Desk function and overseeing universal Incident Management and Request Fulfilment processes as part of the ITSM project team. Previously, Vanessa served as the Help Desk Development Coordinator, leading Help Desk development projects and integrating the NIHR Service Desk into the University IT function. Vanessa's earlier experience includes managing a team of Help Desk Advisors as Help Desk Service Leader at the University of Leeds, and working in process improvement at Unilever. Additionally, extensive experience was gained as Contact Centre Team Leader at Yorkshire Electricity. Vanessa holds a BA Hons in European Administration from the University of Humberside and A levels in French and German from Mirfield High School.
