Charlotte Naylor has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 at the University of Leicester as a Visa Administration Assistant and then later as a Student Welfare Service Receptionist. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at the Leicester Law School, first as a Student Recruitment and Communications Administrator and then as a Senior Marketing and Events Officer. At De Montfort University, they held a role as a Senior Marketing and Student Recruitment Officer for the Faculty of Arts, Design, and Humanities from 2020 to 2023, where they were responsible for managing the marketing team, nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and implementing CRM-led communication plans. Currently, they are the Communications and Conversion Manager at the University of Leicester, and they will transition to becoming the CRM Operational Project Lead in the Future Students Office in 2023.
Charlotte Naylor completed their CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Theology & Religious Studies from the University of Leeds in 2015. In 2012, Charlotte completed their A Levels in Philosophy and Ethics, Fine Art, and History at Beauchamp College.
