Rebecca Lord

Rebecca Lord's work experience includes serving as Head Of Strategic Planning at the University of Leicester since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked for British Gas, where they held various roles such as Head of Digital Delivery and Operations, Online Project Manager, and Business Change Lead starting from 2012. Before joining British Gas, they worked at British Gas Business in roles such as Senior Digital Delivery Manager, Propositions Project Manager, Quality and Service Improvement Manager, and Continuous Improvement Analyst starting from 2009. Their earliest work experience was at British Gas Business, where they worked as a Project Leader and Team Manager, Account Management starting from 2007.

Rebecca Lord attended the University of Leicester from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a BA in English Language and Literature.
