Joanna Kulesza

Joanna Kulesza serves as the Executive Director of Lodz Cyber Hub since June 2021, focusing on international law, cybersecurity, and human rights with various stakeholders including businesses, civil society, international organizations, and governments. Additionally, Joanna holds the position of Assistant Professor of International Law at the University of Lodz since October 2008. Joanna's academic background includes post-doctoral research at the University of Cambridge and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, as well as advanced law degrees from the University of Lodz and the University of Regensburg.
