Justyna Kierska

Justyna Kierska is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in project management and business transformation. Currently serving as the Finance Shared Services Head APAC at Barry Callebaut Group since September 2018, Justyna also holds the position of SSC Transformation Office Manager. In addition, Justyna has been a Transition Project Manager at Barry Callebaut since March 2018 and a Lecturer at the University of Lodz since September 2013, teaching Business Environment and Time Management. Previous roles include Transition Manager at Takeda SCE and Internal Trainer at Infosys BPO, where Justyna focused on Business Process Management and Risk Management. Justyna's career started with a role as an Audit Trainee at Infosys BPO, and educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Lodz.
