Tume Ireen Zulu

Tume Ireen Zulu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in research and community engagement. Currently serving as a Research Supervisor at the University of Lusaka since February 2020, Tume Ireen Zulu assists students with dissertation writing and provides guidance on research planning. In addition, Tume Ireen Zulu has been involved with the Zambia Federation Association of Women in Business since August 2017, conducting research on the adoption and usage of Information Communication Technology by women in SMEs. Prior experience includes serving as a Chiefs Affairs Officer at the Ministry of Chiefs and Traditional Affairs from March 2013 to August 2017, where responsibilities encompassed researching developmental programs and facilitating ceremonial events. Earlier roles include an internship at Alchemy Human Resource Solutions, focusing on employment interview organization and women's leadership empowerment initiatives. Tume Ireen Zulu holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from the University of Botswana and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Development Studies from the University of Zambia.
